What is the shelf life of your sauces?

Our hot sauces are entirely shelf stable and will last a year of optimal freshness. We suggest you refrigerate after opening and shake well before use as we don't use any xanthan gum or additives/stabilizers.

Are your sauces GF/Vegan?

All of our sauces are gluten free, dairy free & nut free. Our Signature Garlic Lovers has local, organic honey as an ingredient meaning it is not vegan.

When will my order arrive?

We use a few different companies to get your products safely to your destination, such as ICS, Canpar, UPS, and FedEx—it all depends on quantities and distance. Needless to say, all orders are typically sent out the next day, and you can expect to see your sauces within 2 - 4 days after placing your order. Our couriers do NOT operate on weekends. So, if you place an order on a Friday, it will be shipped out the following Monday.

Can I only buy your sauces online?

Heck no! You can purchase our products online, click our retailers page and visit one of our ever-growing partners across the GTA or you can subscribe to our mailing list and stay up to date with local events and markets for in person purchases.

Can I track my order?

Of course! We’ll provide updates at every stage, from the moment you place your order to the moment it is delivered. To ensure you receive these updates, you must put in an up-to-date email address or phone number.
