Descriptions of Our Product & Warranties

We fully disclose all ingredients in our products and will happily answer any questions regarding our signature line of artisan hot sauces and apparel. Photos have been taken of our product(s) to ensure you as customers know exactly what you are going to receive upon purchase. All prices listed on our website are in CAD dollars.

Taxes

All our products are proudly Canadian but fall under a “Zero-Rated” product and not subjected to HST charges of 13%. Although, you will be charged HST of 13% on all apparel and non-consumable items. Any purchases made outside of Canada are subjected to an increased shipment fee at the customers discretion. By making an outside overseas purchase you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and subjected shipment fees. 

Product Disclaimer

Our products may have traces of peanuts, dairy and other potential allergen products. If you have allergies and food restrictions, please purchase and consume our products under your own discretion. If this product is being given as a gift, please disclose this information to outside parties. By purchasing our products are agreeing to our product disclaimers agreement.

Our artisan hot sauce is focused on small batch locally sourced products under the supervision of strict health and safety. Our products can be very hot to certain parties and we as Tijuana Tom’s House of Hot Sauce holds no liability towards reactions, consumption illness and other medical situations that may occur. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to consume our products at their own discretion.
