Refund Policy

Tijuana Tom’s House of Hot Sauce will issue a return in the form of full payment and or product at hand of discussion for (2) reasons, but not limited to;

    1. If bottle breakage occurs in transit, we will issue a new bottle (identical bottle in accordance to your order) as replacement.

    2. If you suspect discolouration, unidentified build up and or foreign object(s) within the product, a full refund will be issued after a complete investigation is concluded and the proper information is provided. Ie. Batch Number, Best Before Date and Product Identity.
