Third Moon x Tijuana Tom’s - “Phet Mak-Mak“

Tijuana Tom’s x Third Moon Brewing Co. - We took Third Moons signature Bone Tree IPA to create our own spin on a Thai Curry Inspired super hot sauce. This pepper forward sauce is a blend of Roasted Red Pepper, Carolina Reaper and Armageddon peppers with heaps of aromatics including lemongrass, Thai Basil, kaffir lime leaves, ginger, garlic and a serious spice blend. We incorporated pure coconut milk to smooth the consistency and leave a lasting impression balanced with fresh lime juice.

Town x Tijuana Tom’s - “Verano Verde”

Tijuana Tom’s x Town Brewery - We took Towns signature Outside Jokes Pale Ale and paired it with roasted jalapeños and tomatillos, heated it with Chili de Arbol and a hint of Sunshine Carolina Reaper Powder. Aromatics are brought to the forefront of fresh lime and cilantro, and backed by a really unique spice blend including toasted fennel seed.
