Tijuana Tom’s x Third Moon Brewing Co. - We took Third Moons signature Bone Tree IPA to create our own spin on a Thai Curry Inspired super hot sauce. This pepper forward sauce is a blend of Roasted Red Pepper, Carolina Reaper and Armageddon peppers with heaps of aromatics including lemongrass, Thai Basil, kaffir lime leaves, ginger, garlic and a serious spice blend. We incorporated pure coconut milk to smooth the consistency and leave a lasting impression balanced with fresh lime juice.
