Tijuana Tom’s x Coffeed - 16 hour cold brew infused distilled white vinegar (50/50 blend of dark Colombian / Brazilian Anaerobic Honey), imported scotch bonnet peppers directly from Jamaica, rehydrated guajillo and morita chilies in a cane sugar simple syrup. Enhanced with achiote paste, and finished with Mexican oregano.
