Tijuana Tom's Signature "Asian Kick"

Our signature artisan hot sauce Asian Kick is inspired by a seven-month stint abroad in Japan - the Ishikawa Prefecture. A shishito pepper base heated with Green Hot Chilis and seasoned with a heavy citrus kick boasting a rich umami balance. This sauce pairs excellent with white flesh fish and drizzled over cold salads.
